By accessing or using Rhynai’s websites and services, you agree to these terms. If you use Rhynai on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
We provide software for coaching workflows, performance tracking, and related analytics. Features may change over time. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account security and for ensuring staff use Rhynai lawfully and in line with your institution’s policies. You may not misuse the service, probe or disrupt our systems without authorization, or attempt to access data you are not permitted to see.

Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars, except where prohibited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
